Has anyone ever thought that at that point of the story Oda didn’t know yet how high he wanted to rank Mihawk or how big the difference is between someone who is yonkou/ admiral level and a commander of a yonkou crew? I mean jack is a joke and he attacked not sengoku and Fujitora and lived. Vista fighting at 80-90% against Mihawk is who was just using Vista to waste time and look busy infront of the marine is not a valid argument. Btw I still think that Shanks is slightly stronger.
