It's a good "turn off your brain" read. Nothing deep or game changing but still an enjoyable read nonetheless. I have finished the Manhwa but I'm yet to start the anime, just waiting for some more episodes to drop.
Can't wait to see 'that' character being animated tho. You'll probably never guess who I'm talking about π.

That's good then, it could do some fixes here and there (and maybe add some more content for my favorite character ππ).
Heard complains that the animation isn't as good as expected but let's be fr, folks expected top tier animation when only 1% of anime get's said top tier animation.
And you have to be very bias to believe that SL is some kind of deep manhwa with a very profound story or something like that. It's just your classic OP MC made so that folks over the internet can masturbate when he does something cool. But I still stand by the point that it's quite the enjoyable read

I've also read all of Solo Leveling Webtoon but tbh I'm not expecting anything great from the anime.
Like a ton of other webtoons, an OP protagonist that wipes the floor with his opponents.
Althought Solo Leveling was one of the first ones that got a lot of popularity, this RPG/Dungeon/Leveling Up system has been done to death in Manhwas nowadays.
Now if you don't read Manhwas often, you'll probably enjoy it more than me.

Yep. Maybe after some time it will become popular enough deserving that top tier animation but until then they gotta be thankful that they didn't try to pull out a 7 deadly frames.
Unless you read the Manhwa and you liked SL most people will either read it because of popularity/clout or because they got nothing better to watch which is basically what the manhwa and subsequently the anime are; entertainment for when you want to turn your brain off. I was reading SL back when it was still being made. A few years ago basically... and it's pretty much the first important Korean manga to add the system stuff. It's the father to system and OP MCs something that's very clear because after it became popular amongst the Manhwa/Manhua community, more and more series started adding this features. Hell, the necromancy shit also became popular because of SL so if you are seeing a necromancy series that's relatively recent or from a year or two ago then you can be sure as hell that SL inspired it
