It has to do with what the identify of the person who sent the message (we both know who), and what was in that. So I need you to address why that was sent, I don't think your group is scum but the way this message reads sure feels like coercion to me (especially the part around amps).

And yes I have an issue with what was claimed in there, but it's not outrageous to reconcile.

Minerva is evil, just not antagonistic. The point is that they are all evil in their own way, that doesn't mean they're villains.

The issue I come to is I'm struggling to have two Mafia factions without echidna - I had Witch Cult and Roswaal as likely candidates for them, and I can't believe Echidna is aligned against Roswaal at all.

Going through the possibilities off the top of my head.

if Elsa’s in the game she’d have to be a serial killer.

Petelgeuse while part of the Witch’s Cult could be the leader of a separate cult faction with one of his abilities letting him possess his “fingers” and even Subaru at one point.

And although she’s only shown in a flashback during Emilia’s trial I think Pandora would make sense as the leader for the Witch Cult with the way she was portrayed.

But for the rest it wasn’t coercion, that information was given to give you more info to work with about what’s going on behind the scenes
