Well I can see the incentive to an extent. He first claims Peltuguese, without anything else, which could profile as a player that's off the rails and doesn't really understand why that might hurt his faction. Then, as a point of damage control, his team suggests he claims Miller. It fits, at least to me I don't think any part of this assumption requires a belief that's outlandish.
I'm happy to defer for today, but I don't see a way we go more than a handful of phases without getting his flip. It makes sense to get use out of his role first I suppose, though.
