Going with YTW
RSJ and his generals are superior to her and her army but the man power difference is big plus diffrent specialties and abilities of the mountain people might catch them off guard
Gyou'Un underestimates Bajio because he had an even fight with Hero N6 and loses some of his spears to berserk mode
CGR fortifies the fort but some tribe climbes it like monkey's from the back
Hero N4 hits them with arrows and goes pass them just for them to get up behind his lines etc..
Heki can match some of the lower heroes as well

Mountain troops are crazy strong but they need a strategic guideline of YTW or else they will be slaughtered like how Riboku slaughtered 200k with little to no issue.
RSJ is smart enough to keep YTw at her toes while his vassals like Chogaryu and GyuUN can launch attacks that can decide the fate of this battle. Bajjio and few other are great warriors but lack brains to give it a proper use.

I was close to making a meme image out of this but the program I tried to use failed on me. 
I knew once we made it out of the brackets shit would heat up lol. @Rumble is right, majority of the brackets save for Chousha vs Shibasaku were pretty obvious outcomes, and the worst thing this tournament could be is boring lol. I want all the matchups to be tough and I want some upsets.
Lee is giving more number to YTw because he knows RSJ is the better commander 
It was because I felt like people would naturally vote for Rinshoujou without considering the full matchup and didn’t want that. Discussion has been pretty good so far. Lol
Better strategist, undoubtedly. Better campaign leader, I buy that sight unseen regarding his feats.
