Gege never specified how the powers of Sukuna increase, with each finger consumed. All we know is that it is increasing.
There's a reason Gege never made a character compare and powerscale characters inside the story as "x fingers worth" after that Jogo statement early in the manga. Feels it was an idea that he had and discarded - it never makes sense to still keep that thing going on.

The finger scaling is perfectly consistent if you just apply to CE pool and I don’t accept your conclusion at all that Gege abandoned it.

The Jogo comparison was either Gege trying it out and the idea not sticking around, or him outright conveying "hey, it's hard to gauge how many fingers somebody is worth and how much stronger Sukuna gets so just ignore it"
