Saturn after he got tagged by Kuma's emotion powered critical attack that was meant as the payback for all the pain his gone through (and probably including the extracted pain and damage from 2 named attacks from the supposed strongest fleet admiral)^

Meanwhile, Kizaru already fought with G5 (>>>no fruit Kuma) and didn't lose arm after a random punch like Saturn.
But I mean, differences are clean as a day:

Saturn in front of Kuma --> trashed, lost an arm
Kizaru in front of Kuma --> powerless, saved by G5
I don’t think he does. Imo:
His power comes from his logia strength and likely awakening and garps fighting style.
Sakazuki won’t have it either cause he’ll have some other strong fighting style and logia power with likely awakening
Kizaru just has the logia power and awakening so he’s a tier below
Aramaki will be the same as Kizaru
Fujitora won’t have either but he’ll have a strong paramecia and Conquerors Haki to make up the difference

I think both Akainu and Kuzan have it, and now that we discovered Kuzan is (incredibly so) a brawler, we know it would be perfect with his own style too.
That is not to say that he won't use his fruit too, but the same goes for Dragon (another 100% user) or Kaido or even Luffy. Or Sengoku, btw.

I think the scene was quite obscure, we only saw Aokiji stating to charge the punch, and in the same scene Oda didn't draw even Garp, a certified user, with the trails.
So, Garp and Aokiji were drawn in the same way, because maybe Oda is trying to save that for later.
Also, in a word where BM's fight exist, it's quite useless talking about what graphic effect shown.

Why are you equating Cross Guild bounties to government issues ones?
You're acting like Ryokugyu is a pirate who spent 40+ years trying to achieve a high bounty when that's not the case; even Garp the hero has a 3 crown bounty. As far as we know that's the highest it goes and it's standardized for every admiral.
