Speculations Would CG have been made a Yonko crew if the WG knew Buggy was fodder?

They don’t want buggy to join, Croc just wanted Buggy to pay him back all the money Buggy owes him and buggy said he’d offer free labor cause he didn’t have it. Buffy’s role was a chore boy; however, Buggys men fucked that up.
And after that they realized that Buggy can just be a fall guy if things go wrong. Buggy’s followers aren’t strong. He’ll Hajrudin was canonically one of the strongest members of the Delivery Service. They’re just manual labor.

I don’t think so no, it’s true Mihawk and Croc added as “top officers” elevated Buggy’s status from Warlord to Emperor, this is so because they view Buggy as a remnant from the Roger pirates that can rival Whitebeard and Shanks. Him having powerful officers on top of the foot soldiers and territory he possesses is what pushed things over the edge and now Buggy is a threat they can’t take lightly.
Nobody said he has a crew completely made of veteran lvl guys or even worse YCs.. that would be insane yet they are all former Impel down guys who were pretty strong (still talking about fodder yet strong fodder, unlike Shanks fleet). That is Buggy's value.
Yet they publicly had him at the same level as them (Croco and Mihawk), why? Sure they are not YCs or even veterans yet they are strong for being fodder (they come from low levels of Impel down) and Buggy got his recognition through them and their blind faith in him. That gave him ground to deal on equal terms with Croco and Mihawk (even if privately he gets bullied all the time).

What are you even talking about? Being in impel down doesn’t make you strong… Buggy was in impel down and he isn’t strong

Unsure. The WG seems to believe Buggy's formidable enough to be compared to Law/Kidd given his "command" of Mihawk & Crocodile
So that's three heavy hitters, potentially 0 high tiers, a mid tier like Daz Bones, then endless fodder.
Remove one of those heavy hitters and it really doesn't stack up to other Yonko.
