Now he doesn't use it at all

Sanji was still flirty in 1090 giving coffee to Stussy.
He doesn't need to activate his genes for Diable Jambe and he has been emotional and worried for Bonney.

He only doesn't seem to activate his exoskeleton/switch eyebrows for some reason.

Also, maybe he is avoiding smoking near Bonney cause she's a child. He put a cigarette back in when talking to Nami on his headset then took it out again when skywalking panels later.
