This is not a strenght feat.

We are talking about achievement feat, who achieved more between Lucci and his fellow Admiral level Kizaru.

You dont need to be Admiral level to take down stussy especially when shes using her body as a shield against your attack.

This shows Lucci's lethality.
Everyone that he touched: Sentomaru, Atlas, Stussy everyone of them get sent to hospital.

Kizaru touched Franky and Sanji, they were barely damaged.
