This is why we see small sparks of CoA Haki & ACoC Haki during his clashes with Lucci.

Your opinions are not facts. Your notion that "Zoro is not going all out" does not exist. It is what you think.
Manga clearly show Zoro using 3style and then 2 style.
Luffy even comments on their fight and it looks like they are fighting with seriousness.
Zoro even says that Lucci is tough and somehow Zoro is still not serious.
And I never said Zoro was weak, it's just that Luffy thrashing Lucci does not mean than he is a fodder. He is actually quite tough

Is he not doing what he wants because Lucci isn't letting him or is he not doing what he wants because he simply doesn't feel like it? Last time I checked, Zoro wouldn't have any problems using more power whenever he wants. It's just a matter of when he feels like using it.

he simply love gettin stomped first, just like against king, kings smack him upside down first right, need to go get desperately look, now he is halfway to it though.

luffy prolly doesnt wanna knock lucci down so quick with simple attack, but he did easily, same like he doesnt really wanna KOed kizaru, but he did,
he wants so bad took down kaido but kaido doesnt get knock easily and keeps coming back second after until he pulled bajrang gun,
the difference in power speaks itself, same like zoro and lucci, they are in extremely close level. that's why one cant easily beat each other unlike what luffy shows against lucci or kizaru.
