I'm certain it wasn't World Slash and, instead, Sukuna's output efficiency returned to normal. Angel's technique probably targeted Sukuna's soul/being then missed due to that target no longer existing because Megumi suicided by merging 100% with Sukuna. Sukuna + Megumi != the Sukuna targeted, so technique canceled. Either that or Sukuna's being is also considered Megumi's being now, whose soul Yuta blacklisted from the technique's effect. After completely merged, Sukuna's output naturally returns to normal because it's no longer weakened by their souls being split.
heck, yuta got hit by cleave right in his head and survived. that's how low sukuna's output right now.
and still annihilates them with ecnhanted dismantlle

he took off hwb to use world slash. meaning he needs hand signs.
but on a last pages, his two arms were ripped off and two others were held by rika. he couldn't use world slash. if chants were enough, there was no need to took off hwb.
so, no hand signs = no world slash.
only chants = dismantle. like the one used againts higu

guess i was wrong with this.
sukuna only had one arm when he used world slash against gojo. he couldn't use hand signs. so it's not the case.
what's matter is the hwb.
sukuna can use hwb and cleave/dismantle simultaneously.
but he can't simultaneously use hwb and world slash (narrator said that he released hwb to use it).
looks like one of conditions to use world slash is that it can't be used along with any other technique (barriers, domains, etc).
sukuna released hwb to cast world slash, but boys interrupted him.
the he enchants his output and finally uses world slash or just obliterates them with point blank dismantle, while there were close to him (kusakabe mentioned, that cleave and world slash are instakill, as well as point blank dismantle)
