its not officially confirmed but its soft confirmed because its said that the highest grade Kitetsu is a supreme grade blade and Nusjuro's sword looks identical to both known Kitetsus. So it's very likely Shodai Kitetsu, the world's strongest cursed blade

I'll play the devil's advocate here and say that saturn hasn't shown us his bag yet. Having said that, it's clear Oda is portraying Saturn as the weakest of the 5 Gorosei.
