Last time Zoro fight Top Tier was againts Kaido, though got Hakai-ed before.

so what i expect Sanji feat againts Kizaru is just hinder Kizaru. Sanji wont get the upper hand againts Kizaru but Sanji is not enough to get defeated by Kizaru. Chance of winning is 32%. Next top Tier encounter, i'll give him 56%, While Zoro 64% for the same sub Tier enemy. If Zoro's enemy is stronger than Sanji enemy by a clear little gap, than i give Zoro 56% too

Zoro had encountered 6 top Tier while Sanji only had 3.

I expect the final level will be something like this in terms of bounty which should be a kind of strength indicator but not the entire truth as none-captains don't get the same bounty as captains. I fully expect EoS Zoro to be stronger than Big Mom for example

Luffy - 5.6B (GoMu)
Zoro - 3.6B (just above Mihawk)
Sanji - 3 (San)

EoS Zoro will definitely be stronger than "lower" top tier such as BM/GB/Fuji.

Sanji’s possible bounty will indeed range from
- 2B minimum (5.6B - 3.6B or 2B being just above Crocodile)
- 2.2B (being just below BB's first & threshold for Emperor / Emperor-beater)
- 3B (Law & Kidd level)
- 3.2B maximum (his birthday)

Btw, what do you think of Sanji's equivalent upgrade to Zoro's black blade?

I hope he gets good speed feats.
Best scenario: he does better than Snakeman, his speed somewhat able to catch that of G5 and Kizaru, putting an end to Sanji vs King's debate in favor of Sanji.
Worst scenario: Sanji getting fodderized after all the cool beginning.

But overall Luffy will carry and deal with both Saturn and Kizaru, what Sanji has good Is his insane durability and speed, I don't think he'll do much damage to Kizaru, but he can protect himself really good and stall if he's as strong as I believe, letting Luffy doing the damage

That worst case scenario have a great chance to happen solely because we know how Oda treats Sanji.

However if he really does that, it would be detrimental for the SH because no one would defend dying VP. Whereas Luffy would have to deal with both Kizaru & Saturn, which is definitely too much for him.

I think worst scenario for admiral fans and best scenario for sanji fans is a draw. Sanji cant damage kizaru just like marco while kizaru cant damage him because he is somehow imunised to light.

No clue. I just know having Vegapunk witness Sanjis level and the science within him is the easiest way to artificially dope up Sanji. He doesn't really have that zenkai boost of Luffy and Zoro so the only plausible way to make him stronger is through Vegapunk.

If I would have to guess: one thing Vegapunk can do straight away is give Sanji all the skills and strength from the raid suit without the draw backs of forgetting about his friends.

Fire resistance
Flight
Invisibility
Enhanced durability
Speed

But his are all significantly better than the raid suits versions.

Flight -> Fujitora
Heat resistance -> Sakazuki
Power of Love -> Kizaru

Ace wasn’t heat resistant. His fruit got canceled out because of Sakazukis and it made him a normal human.
