Sanji will fight Kizaru, then Zoro will come and they'll defeat him together. Pretty straightforward stuff.

1. Defeating an upper Commander solo (King - Zoro, Queen - Sanji)

2. Defeating a lower Emperor together ala Kidd Law Combo (Kizaru - Zoro Sanji)

3. Defeating a lower Emperor solo

4. Defeating an upper Emperor solo (Mihawk - Zoro)

Pretty straight forward & linear progression.

Oda loves Kizaru, it can be seen by the respect with which he paints him, there is still not a drop of blood on Kizaru. Sanji doesn't beat Kizaru, get a couple of good moments, that's it.

Sanji doesn't beat Kizaru because:
1. Luffy must be the first to beat Warlord/Yonko/Admiral/Gorosei
2. Zoro will only beat Mihawk later, so Sanji surpassing Zoro now is unrealistic
