Lol that was just a one time dumb gag, remember that Oda originally portrayed Boa as a villain in the beginning of the Amazon Lilly arc.
Her character wasn't the best at first but she got better later on.
Also there are characters that have done far worse stuff than that, remember when Katakuri killed three innocent chefs.:queenhear:

I guess 90% of other relevant characters except simps aren't having any slight an interest on her like me. Her appearance doesn't look that striking compared to other normal women design in the show and her personality/character being negative 100

Most character especially the serious/prominent ones in the show aren't going to fall for her.

You probably are inexperienced and can't even analyze manga. See how Hancock personality changes when she falls in love with Luffy? That's why real men just care about looks first. That shit is so lame. Instead of simply adding dimensions to any group that ally with the Strawhats to make the alliance believable and interesting, he usually make them good guys to not make the Straw Hats come off as being somewhat evil or allying with bad people. Remember when Luffy help let all those prisoners escape from Impel Down, yet we never got an update on what havoc any of the escapees caused, if at all. In fact I think all the fodder pirates joined Buggy.

Her personality changes only vs Luffy, she's basically the same outside of that. But that's irrelevant ig since we're talking about looks only
"Real men just care about looks first"........maybe, maybe not for all, but I don't know how much beautiful you would be to automatically become head over heels for her just by her looks alone unless you're easily down bad like a guy struggling to get laid for decades.
