Having Enma force out Zoro's Haki to such an excessive extend Zoro himself claims he would die within a short span if it continues, doesn't really make Zoro's Haki stronger than Luffy's, who fought Kaido for hours, split the sky, has internal destruction Haki and future sight.
Zoro never runs out of haki, it is Luffy who does.
Fighting Kaido for 20 minutes is what you wanted to say because that's how long he can fight. Not that 200 hours would make it any better when facing Zoro who can one-shot him any time.
