1111 is Zoro's birthday (11.11) and it's also his current bounty 1.111 plus some extra stuff that I might or might not remember. Basically folks believe that it'll be Zoro's chapter cuz of that

Zoro beating Lucci or starting a fight wiht the Gorosei seems a little underwhelming for a chapter number this special. Zoro faced so many enemies that it feels not that great of a deal for that special occasion. (No offense to Zoro-fans) If something happens, then it must be something that will only happen once in the story of One Piece. This is, what I think.

I would like to see Venus with Sandai Kitetsu actually break Sandai to show that there is still at least one or two levels above. But of course Zoro gets in a feat of his own, like against Fujitora, that shows even a Gorosei needs to be wary because this guy has the potential to surpass even Mihawk.
