according to @Winsmoke Sanji Kaido was the Sanji of the crew. 
Take a look at his DF, mythical fruit with god knows how many mythical abilities we don’t even know on top of physical stat boosts, his letting Luffy use all his Gear Fourth hits on him without him evennreacting wheareas Big Mom needs Armament Haki to block one Kong gun
And Kaido 1v1 always bet on him..

First of all, Kong was Fleet admiral back then!
Fleet Admirals do not participate until the very very end! They always send admirals instead of going by themselves.
Hell, even a war at their HQ made Sengoku participate at the very end not beginning. So, Kong is NOT included imo.
Also, Kong stated the two lead men who were doing most of the work in that era were Garp and Sengoku!
So, we got two main marines and two main Roger pirates.
One for each (Roger, Rayleigh, Garp, Sengoku vs Rocks, WB, BM, Kaido)
In case Shiki was also involved (since the spoiler is shaky, then Oda can add another member from navy like an admiral, or maybe Scopper Gabban)
Naturally it won't be Oden cause Oden joined WB first when WB was on his own ship.
Also, if Oda included Shiki who was from a movie, I see no reason for him to exclude Zypher. He could be a choice!
BUT if Shiki was not involved, then the four main characters from each side will be:
Garp, Sengoku, Roger, Rayleigh
Rocks, BM, WB, Kaido

Rayleigh similarity with Zoro:
1- He can fight with a sword
2- Scar on chest and eye
Rayleigh's similarity with Sanji:
1- He can fight with his body (used kicking to deflect Kizaru's attack)
2- He has blonde hair and goatee
3- He's a womanizer
Rayleigh is the combinantion of Sanji and Zoro Lol
Might be some extra Oden hype though.
