My favorite character would be Frieza, what an absolute menace of a villain. He made Dragon Ball Z fly all over the world with how he challenged the main cast.
Favorite Dragon Ball moment is difficult, there’s so many good ones out there.
For Dub, it’s Vegeta’s death—they made him out to be a lot more tragic than the original/manga intended and I liked that for Vegeta’s characterization.
Overall?
Hands down love this. The culmination of Vegeta’s rage coming out.

Basically the entirety of the saiyan saga when Nappa and Vegeta appeared on Earth.
Goku turning SSJ.
Frieza's soldiers killing the namekians, showing how brutal they are.
Frieza's transformations.
Frieza stabbing Krillin several times. The German dub even censored this moment, lol.
Goku bitchslapping Frieza. Lol.
Cyborg saga.
Trunks explaining to Goku what will happen with them in the future, we saw silhuettes of Android 17 and 18 looking muscular af instead of their original version.
Cell absorbing people in the several cities.
Tien vs Cell.
Ultra Vegeta vs Cell.
Perfekt Cell transformation.
SSJ2 Gohan transformation.
Buu Saga:
Return of the Tournament arc when Vegeta broke the powerlevel machine, hahaha.
Goku vs Vegeta.
Vegeta's sacrifice.
SSJ3 Goku.
Gotenks fusion.
Super Buu breaking dimensions.
Everything about Vegetto. Seriously, other German users can confirm how funny the dub was. Vegetto literally told Super Buu he'd turn him into a kebab lmao.

To name a few
I do enjoy the early parts with Demon King Piccolo and Piccolo jr, also had some savage moments as well. Namek as an arc was great and really preserved the threat level of Frieza and his army though the arc. Krilin and Gohan playing smart, Vegeta being clever here picking Frieza's best guys one by one. Goku being a badass overall. Can't forget also his super sayain moment.
