Definitely. Even in filler.

Like I'm normally a Canon Purist, if it didn't happen in the manga it didn't happen.

But this scene, it just added so much to Vegeta's character, even if it wasn't in the manga or Kai and was a dub add.

I think Goku's character development wasn't that bad either in DBZ. He was way more ruthless compared to his younger self in DB.

But yeah, Piccolo and Vegeta take the cake.

Imo SSJ4 is better than the god transformation. It's definitely more unique but I guess MUI is SSJ4 equivalent (not powerlevel wise).

Same goes for ssj3 transformation.....
I still remember that moment pure chills.

Another fav: Future trunks holy crap this guy had it rough android 17 and 18 killed the z-fighters in brutal fashion, and if that’s not enough they killed future gohan costing trunks to turn super saiyan.

Still one of the darkest moments in dragon ball history.

1. Goku turning into tha legendary Super Saiyan

Goku going SSJ against Freiza is tha single greatest moment in anime/manga history

Ssj4 fan and ssj4 is my favorite form.
GT fanboy which I think GT goku > Super goku in power scaling
Ssj5 is my agenda for 14 years and still believe it will gappen

goku blocking trunks sword. At the time cartoon network would just broadcast the frieza saga on a loop and never go beyond it and the impression was that frieza is the strongest mfo alive. when Cartoon network finally decided to go beyond the frieza saga and i saw trunks easily killing frieza my worldview was flipped upside down but that shock couldn't amount to the one i received when goku came in and blocked trunks sword with a single finger.

My favourite character has always been Vegeta.


My favourite moments are Tien stalling Cell,

Vegeth vs Buhaan,

Super Vegeta vs Cell (Super Vegeta's combos were insanely clean),

and Goku vs Vegeta first fight.

It's incredible that after all these years Dragonball still has the best fights that ever happened in battle shonen history!



And how could I forget this, little me was in tears watching this scene 🥺

This was also an extremly well delivered ending for a series of such value, and will forever be one of my favourite memories of it.

This should be the greatest anime moment ever. Nothing tops it.

The build up, the hype, execution, goosebumps.... It was everything.
