A meaningless title that is the dream of one of the main characters and by default WILL HAVE TO BE ACCOMPLISHED

It’s okay if you want to jump into the usual arguments about shanks not being an actual swordsman or Mihawk is not the TRUE WSS or whatever random cope you want… but pretending that one of the main character’s dreams is useless is not an argument with any merit

Good, thematically, like most Sanji's opponent. Have history, have matching stuff, can be tied to narrative.

But it's bad powerlevel wise. You need to boost Crocodile a lot, like a lot, for him to be a real challenge for Sanji.

The top 5 in history are swordsman so wss = strongest fighter. Worstgen cares about powerscaling while nobody cares about one piece. So zoros dream >>>> luffys dream.
