chapter 1003 proven that Zoro is a threat to the strongest pirate even without advcoc
chapter 1010 (law shitted in his pant when saw asura) and clearly Zoro probably only tapped into coc without the full potential (law was 1 of the potential rival to become pirate king....)
Zoro potential was know at less to the zorofan comunity for a long time, but yeah Zoro's AP is top tier (which is expected for a guy that aim to become the world strongest swordsman)

Remember Lucci used a slim form against G5 but needed a buff stronger form for Zoro, and still got packed.
