There was no fight. There's 100x more noise around this than it deserves because fans of weak characters are obsessed with Zoro and his objectives. When Zoro wins they lose their shit and eventually run from the internet.

Gorosei/Lucci really have just standard durability, it’s their regen and healing that makes them dangerous. When Dorry and Broggy can behead the most supreme Gorosei, you know these guys are nothing in terms of durability.

I agree, BUT, and here comes the narrative problem with it.
With how urgent this arc allegedly is, doesn't this make Zoro look stupid as fuck?
Especially after his "this is the New World! We can't goof around!" speech he gave Luffy back in Punk Hazard?

Oh that speech was always stupid as fuck.
The very same arc, Zoro allowed Monet to hurt Robin which could have been completely avoided had Zoro decided to step in and finish the job.
It was idiotic as hell.

We went from "Kaku>Lucci" takes to "Lucci>YC1" and now "Nah, Lucci ain't even YC1" in the span of half an arc.

It's the usual thing mate.
People should learn to sit back & relax until a character fully shows off, before making any sort of PL scaling.

Lucci wank was always built on smoke & mirrors with nothing concrete, and now that Zoro humiliated Lucci... Zorofans don't need to wank Lucci & anti-Zorobros would -naturally- drag him down.

well Zoro didnt require to end the fight in a blow, his first priority was to stop Lucci which he easly did with just raw strength pushing out Lucci from the laboratory. After that we can clearly see that the author didint see this as a real fight cuz let be honest if we put all panels together we get max 2 pages.... and in that span we saw 2 nameattacks in which Zoro easily overpower the other side

If that is true, then Zoro should be demoted for playing around. His other crew members were/are in danger and he is playing with the cat down the street. Great judgment about priorities, Zoro.
