I believe Sanji gonna have Vergo-Like Moments against Kizaru
Meaning He will land some Powerful Blows, but also receive Serious Injury(s)
If Kizaru ends up Defeated, it will be at the hands of Character He is going after (Vegapunk)
Vegapunk studied Kizaru's DF & Light in general a lot, He must have a Weapon that can Stop Kizaru (Dunno which Vega though)
But only after Sanji weakens him with help of Luffy

As for Lucci, He seems to be this Arc's Monet
I believe Oda is dragging their Fight because He is waiting for Bonney to come nearby so that Lucci targets her
That's when Zoro gets Serious & Lucci is Defeated by both Bonney & Zoro (Technically similar to Tashigi Situation)

Which leaves Saturn as this Arc's Caesar who should be handled by Luffy
So Overall:

Replace Kizaru with Vergo, Sentomaru with Smoker, Bonney with Tashigi, Lucci with Monet, Saturn with Caesar & Vegapunk with Law
Expect Help to come for Saturn (Basically this Arc's Baby 5 & Buffalo)

Anyway, regarding your question, in conclusion, Kizaru gonna be Defeated by Vegapunk & Lucci by Bonney
Just like Vergo & Monet were Defeated by Law & Tashigi, even though They fought Sanji & Zoro

Nah....
Luffy will continue fighting Saturn
Sanji will hold/speedblitz Kizaru until they somehow reach where Zoro location which is still in clashing with Lucci
Jinbei on time reach Zoro just to switch place fight against Lucci instead.
Zoro and Sanji will 2 vs 1 against Kizaru

Sanji helping Luffy against kizaru seems to be over as a possibility. Tho lowkey the anime might make it a thing not that it actually matters outside of fan service

For better or worse we have to wait till we focus on zoro and Jinbe. It could happen or it could not
