zoro finally used an old move
I see it more as a combination of "tourou nagashi" and the one you put "hyou kin dama"

Yes, he also wields his swords backwards, something rarely seen in Zoro.
But as I say, because of the name of the technique and the way while dodging and attacking, I see it as a combination of "tourou nagashi" and "Hyou kim dama"
But being the evolution of both, like tatsumaki, which is now "Kokuyoo Oo tatsumaki", Oni giri, which is now "Rengoku Oni Giri" etc.

I am pretty sure it is not aCoC.
The two characteristics of aCoC are long trails left behind blades and the SFX Bzzt or Zzt.
Havent read the chapter yet but from what I saw in raws, I didn't see any trails after weapons.
Let's see if official release will add that SFX. The impact lightning that we see was also very common in CoA impacts.
Check out head bump between Ulti and Luffy, for example.

Well, lets see.

I would like to add the KOH techniques...
I would go down a tier or two Santōryu Gyuki : Yuzume

and one down san zen sekai (no upgraded version)

I would go up one tier AkaOni OkoMega, Huhuva Hell Madara Gari, Dai shinkan

And well, some techniques has special uses, like tatsumaki (best AOE and remains for a certain time), pond hou (range), clear lance (fly), homurasaki (cut fire) and Hyou kin dama (ilusion)

I factored in attack potency, destructive capacity, and the skill of the techniques, in that weighted order. If a pre-timeskip move had a post-timeskip upgraded variant, I excluded it from the list. Zoro doesn't typically use his pre-TS versions, with Sanzen Sekai being a notable exception (which is why I kept it, since he uses it against Pica).

Since KOH can work as an amp for existing techs, I ended up not including Hiryu Jigoku.

Pretty much agree with the list. I would just like to mention "Torou Nagashi". Which has the peculiarity of being a technique in which Zoro shows absurdly high agility and dodging capacity. And Hyoukindama, who only used it against Kaku and has certain illusory effects.
