Reread the summary, its not as close as you think. Everyone is heading towards the giant ship but Luffy's crew is still in Labophase.

Only Bonney has reached the ship and there are VAs blocking the way (lets see if they get fodderized).

And nah im not convinced Kizaru will stay down crying the rest of the arc, give it time.
