Yes, but it doesn't deny that they are both several times stronger than Frieza and that's why they were portrayed as a greater threat to the main cast compared to Frieza, who was even limited to Trunks' hypertool.

You can use as much as you want and not like Boo's and Cell's characters, but from my perspective, a stronger character is more intimidating than a weaker one.
You know Frieza surpassed Cell with his 1st form in Super, right? And final form Frieza > Buuhan in super too?

Not that it matters because Namek Frieza is still more intimidating than both of them.

this is not a power lvl discussion.

If Cell actually was intimidating villain I would feel anything except beign bored.
I came to the conclusion that Kaidou is more intimidating than Frieza and Madara, I'll talk more about that later.

I was referring to namek Frieza.
still more intimidating than both of them.
Trunks portrayed this very well, shitting throughout the entire arc to the point of being scolded by his father in relation to Cell, Trunks being the same man who killed the fearsome Frieza and his father.

Dbz Frieza will always be inferior to Cell, and Boo and even for Android ,DBS Frieza is a different story and I don't disagree with you after all I made it clear in my initial opinion in the topic that Frieza even now represents a threat to the main cast.

Freeza arc > Vegeta arc(when he arrived to Earth with Nappa) >= Picallo Daimao arc > Picalo Jr > Ten Shin han battle on Tenkaichi > Majin Boo > Tao Pai Pai > Cell > Red Army > Pilaf
Has been years since I watched the series, but I remember the child me feared Tao Pai Pai much more tham Ten Shin han. The scene where Tao Pai Pai murdered the Indian boy's father was scary.

Not possible. Kaido didn't even do anything to Ashura Doji who openly still rebelling for 20 years.

Tao PaiPai murdering Upa’s dad was dark. Tao was the man.

The reason for this was openly stated by Jack, he was only alive because Kaidou wanted him as a subordinate.
What's the next attempt?

Seriously, it's sad to have to respond to these arguments that the manga has already made a point of responding to, and that I believe you are a layman or have completely ignored.

Excuse worked if it was only like 7 days not 20 years.
Is Kaido that dumb he can't tell Ashura rejecting him after 20 years? Why is he still let alive after all these 20 years?

And does it matter how many years it takes?
The justification is still plausible, he is only still alive because Kaidou wanted him as a subordinate.
Same thing with Hygoro, he worked his whole life like a slave, Kaidou has nothing to lose by leaving these guys alive, eventually they'll soften up.

If you kill him without trying to recruit him = bad, stupid villain. If you let him live and try to break the spirit at all costs = Stupid. You'll understand bro. Kaidou has nothing to lose by leaving Asura alive,he never posed a threat to him in the first place.

I think the decision to leave him alive is much better, just so it's good for the ashura to see how much Kaidou fucked up his country. Haha
