Controversial Sukuna getting through infinity still kinda cheap to me

#21
Gojo's infinite space is fake, and Sukuna circumvents it by slicing the real space that the fake infinite space exists in. The infinity barrier is like if you could rearrange a house's doors and rooms to always keep someone from a specific room, and World Slash is like breaking the house itself. It's still really cheap though because there's no way to rationalize how Sukuna can literally cut the world itself.

Sukuna didn’t cut Gojo, he cut everything in that line. To make it make sense:
Gojos limitless works basically like constantly dividing the distance between two individuals in half an infinite amount of time. As such the attack from point A will never actually reach point B it’ll instead slow down and stop at some remainder whether that’s half the distance, quarter, eighth, infinitely.

Sukunas cleave bypassed this by no longer looking to cut Gojo, rather through a binding vow, he was able to utilize a power that didn’t cut Gojo, but rather cut the entire world Gojo existed on.

In essence, Gojos ability works in a 2 Dimensional sense, two points on a piece of paper that will never meet. And Sukuna bypassed this by just straight up cutting the paper.
That can't be how it works because the slash travels

It doesn't just appear

I used to believe this till a couple chapters ago

The slash travels but like kuwabara in YYH and yami in black clover it doesn’t just exist in the space, it exists multi dimensionally which is beyond gojos limitless.

I can agree with that

I think it's a little silly though

Cutting over the paper (thus appearing on him instead of traveling towards him) makes more sense "logically" than that

That would make it way to broken on everyone else, basically one hit GG on everyone else.

unless it has long ass prep and cooldown

The way I see it is it looks like a slash because that’s what we see in our 3D space. But more of it exists that we can’t see cause we’re limited by the dimensions we can see.

Just like how a cube looks like a square in a 2D space and looks just like a line in 1D space.

It used to require a cursed tool now because of the heavenly pact sukuna made to use it against Gojo it requires a lot more
