Yup, its hard to make a fight that includes all factions in one place, reason we have these smalls steps, Kaido & Big Mom, Law vs Teach, Shanks vs Kidd, Gorosei in the front lines, Elbaf, etc.

When Oda said "we are gonna have him vs him" or something like that, people were thinking about 2 characters, who could they be? But he wasn't just talking about 2 characters, but many as I mentioned above, he vs he, they vs him, etc, we are having the final fights

WG has 140+ countries. Taking them down will involve rebellion across whole world - the cause RA is fightin for which will reach its climax with SHs taking on WG.

But without Mariejoa, the entire system crumbles which will lead to revolutions taking place throughout the world not that the straw hats and their allies are going to fight throughout the whole world. That would be way too much.

Honestly Oda could give Kid a short 1v1 in the final war.

The admirals are practically irrelevant as villains and by EoS Kid will probably be strong enough to beat one with minimal panel time. He would probably treat it like Nekomamushi vs Perospero.

Well Whitebeard did say that the war to come is going to turn the World upside down.

Then there is the fact that the RA have been planting rebellion in ovr 150+Countries. So when that pops off, we know for a fact is going to involve most of the Countries in the world.
