Big mom is possibly the strongest character in one piece and is only hindered by plot/oda and her own demons. She also has the most untapped potential as i dont believe she trained much in her life.

Shanks could push Roger to high high diff and Mihawk is a hair stronger than him so he could push Roger to Extreme diff.
