Brook’s character receding to the background has become a bigger issue for me since the last time I commented. He’s an Afro skeleton who loves music and wants to find a whale so he can tell it all their friends are way dead, and...that’s it?? He lived for several decades in the age preceding the rise of piracy, and was (by his own admission) the leader of a battle convoy for a “certain kingdom” that may have larger ties to the story, and we have learned absolutely nothing about him since his introduction. At least with Robin, we got her entire backstory in Water 7/Enies Lobby, but Brook’s flashback got an honorable mention in the arc he was introduced and that’s all we’ve ever gotten.

The time-skip training looks like a waste for anyone except M3 and maybe Brook. Okay they grew stronger but doesn't means anything if they become even more fodder in NW power level. I mean, look at those Yonkos crew. The f6 for example, how on earth do the 6 weakest SH can win against them with their current portrayal in the manga? Even Ulti and page one can probably wipe them out portrayal wise. Oda need to fix this.

It is actually dissapoint me that he got those powerful allies merely by pure luck and gag moment.
The things irritate me is that he become even more chicken than pre ts.
Look at what he did in Alabasta, then the fight against Luffy at Water seven , and shooting the WG's flag as Sogeking.

The timeskip training was a waste for everyone but Zoro and Ussop.

Hmm make it Luffy and Zoro and your basically on point this time for once.
Luffy learned nothing from the timeskip training, everything he got during the timeskip, he was already well on his way to gaining by the end of the part 1.

At marinerod and Impel down, he was halfway to mastering Gear 2 & Gear 3. Gear 2 did not tax him as much and he used Gear 3 without shrinking at marineford.

He used observation haki against Mihawk, and Conquerors Haki at Marineford.

In fact, Luffy stopping and training ruined his growth potential, as he was blooming like crazy pre timeskip.

The fact that Hyougoro could teach Luffy Advanced Armament Haki( level 1 Emission & level 2 Internal Destruction) in 2 weeks and Luffy learnt Advanced Observation Haki Future Sight during a fight shows how useless Luffy's 2 year training was.

That's your assumption. Luffy needed the TS.

Iron Franky is the strongest with his Wapol Metal. Stop making this shit about Luffy, Zoro or Sanji. Oda is relating a story, one on which Iron Franky is the strongest with his Wapol Metal armour, at the apex of engineering with his new armour designed from Vegapunk's own blueprints.

Iron Franky is the strongest strawhat
He might not be the strongest SH but I bet he can surely surpass Brook and Robin by a large margin as soon as you makes in practice anything he learned from Vegapunk or imagine if he will surpass him

Then he will become a monster trio
