Agreed. The worst is Robin actually. I mean what she did with the Revo for 2 years if only to make a bigger leg that is useful only against fodder. If it was to learn some kind of history then 2 years is just too much.

Robin who was one of the most interesting and badass characters during Baroque Works sagas and who spent two years with Dragon and the Revolutionary Army. Plus her devil fruit has still a lot of potential, especially if combined with haki.

Next to her is Chopper who didn't get much character development and highlight.

He might not be the strongest SH but I bet he can surely surpass Brook and Robin by a large margin as soon as you makes in practice anything he learned from Vegapunk or imagine if he will surpass him
