They turned Kaguya into the Raditz of her clan, they cloned Jiraiya, killed Kurama, crushed Sasuke’s rinnegan, Naruto adopted an edgy street rat who can rewrite reality like Tsukashima from Bleach….

Doesn’t seem good to me but some people swear by it

So far, Infinite Tsukuyomi is the strongest genjutsu, so it's understandable that Madara needs the Rinne-Sharingan + the power of a god.

Again, I think it's nonsensical to believe Madara can use such a powerful genjutsu but he is incapable of using a much weaker genjutsu like that.
Unlike Kagatsuchi, KA or Kamui, Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi weren't shown to be pure exclusive MS jutsus for a particular user. The fact that two brothers had it support my argument.

It’s not nonsensical or illogical. MS jutsu are specific to eyeballs. They do not transfer from one eye to another. Madara awakening a new, highly advanced doujutsu in a new eyeball and using a specific genjutsu with it does not grant him Tsukuyomi.

Kakashi can’t use Obito’s Kamui and vice versa, you can’t just assume a third eyes ability can be linked to another eyeball.

These are specific techniques, not something my Madara auto-gets because he’s strong.
Also, Madara can literally fight blind and he would absolutely bully Itachi in submission.

Itachi held back to not like Sasuke. It doesn't mean he purposely broke Tsukuyomi out of his own will. It only means his Tsukuyomi wasn't as powerful due to holding back, so Sasuke can break through it.

Sasuke breaking out of a Tsukuyomi Itachi intended him to break out of—with the added caveat that Tobi said Itachi could have killed him had he wanted to—does not weaken Tsukuyomi at all.
