Now that i think about it, a giant using Nika Nika would be the equivalent of Garp eating the Riki Riki no Mi.
A man whose blows level cities to the ground + Riki RIki no Mi and its done = Garp breaks Kaido in half like a toothpick, and annihilates everything and everyone in his path.
Luffy pisses off his grandfather? BOOM, now there's no One Piece because Luffy didn't survive a simple smack to the head. :D

Also the whole reason the Thalmor was able to defeat the Empire was because the Empire was a centralized power in Cyrodil. The Thalmor do not have the means to conquer and hold every single independent province in Tamriel. Which is why they haven’t fucked with Hammerfell and do not want the Stormcloaks to win the Civil War. On that note:
Um, no. The Civil War proceeding without a victor is want they want. They actively state in the dossier that the Stormcloaks winning the war would be detrimental to the Thalmor’s goals.
And this is supported by, once again, the Thalmor actually leaving Skyrim if they Stormcloaks win. On that note:
Something is better than nothing. The Empire winning actively helps the Thalmor because it allows them to continue their occupation of Skyrim. The same goes for a victor-less Civil War. The Stormcloaks winning is the only option that actually forces them out of Skyrim, at least temporarily.
There is no pie-in-the-sky outcome that makes the Thalmor no longer interested in Skyrim lol. You can’t just oppose the literal best option because it isn’t an absolutely perfect outcome. The Stormcloaks winning is absolutely the only option to get the Thalmor out of Skyrim.

4. If the Thalmor could just swoop in and defeat the Nords easily, then they should actively be rooting for a Stormcloak victory. But we know specifically from their dossier that they don’t want the Stormcloaks to win.

Literally the ruling faction who you claim can somehow defeat the Thalmor is not even fighting against them. And would not fight against them at its full strength. If Ulfric wants to defeat the Thalmor (he does), he did the exact correct thing, which was to push the Thalmor puppet government out of Skyrim.

The only reason they didn’t desolve the Empire was because the Empire already claimed rule over all of Tamriel. So all the Aldmeri had to do was claim rule over the Empire and they conquer all of Tamriel immediately.
And then they spent the next thirty years convincing everyone that only the Empire could oppose them since that Fairy Tale allows them to maintain their rule over all of Tamriel.

The Dragonborn can do whatever they want after becoming a servant of HM. And an HM serving Dragonborn is even more powerful than a standard Dragonborn whom the Thalmor also stand no chance against lol.
