I dont think orochi is dead Yet ( his DF Will play a part on It) but kaido betraying him makes ALL sense in the world and adds more layers for kaido.

Now kaido Will probably continue with the execution of momo and thats where everything Will start, and for sure the aliance Will be on terrible shape until some marines shows up, i bet on kizaru with Greenbull plus some SSG and low rank marines.
