Gorosei are getting hyped this arc, they are getting fleshed out, their abilities being shown which imo indicates that they are the main villains for this saga. And like all sagas it begs the question that who will be their matchups?

From the looks of things it will most likely be
Warcury vs Luffy
Venus vs Zoro

But what about the other three? Sanji has had interaction with Saturn and Venus but Venus is most likely Zoros opponent so will Saturn be Sanjis or will it be Jupiter or Mars?

Given the high possibility that all Gorosei have ACoC I think Sanji will not be defeating one, at the very least not in a 1v1. Given Sanjis dismal showing in Egghead I find it hard to believe that Sanji will fight and defeat a Gorosei in a 1v1. A group effort can probably make this happen.

Seeing as how powerful the Gorosei are, there is no single organization that can beat them and it will most likely be a group effort.
Luffy's crew didn't beat any of the Admirals, Yonkos, and Shichibukais, but you think we're gonna see Zoro and the Cook beat two of the Gorosei? :saitahu:

At some point Zoro is going to beat a Yonko level opponent (Shanks level) before challenging Mihawk, there is only so much story left. Now who will it be? Doesnt make sense to introduce a completely new character at this stage with such power level instead of using the ones you already have.

I don't think the Cook will beat a Gorosei but Zoro will for sure?
How do you think the progression will take place? Will Venus lose to Shiryu and then Zoro will beat Shiryu or will Zoro beat Fujitora or Shanks? These are the four swordsmen left that can set Zoro for Mihawk fight? And I think that Zoro will not be fighting and defeating Fujitora or Shanks and Shiryu does not seem like he belongs with Shanks and Venus.

After what happened in Wano, I doubt Lolda has the balls to make Luffy's crew beat any of the Gorosei, Admirals, Yonkos, and Shichibukais, dude.

It's not impossible, but the chances are obviously near zero.

Maybe, too random to know. I don't believe that characters like Zoro, Sanji and Law will receive more than one full battle against a top tier in this final stretch.

Yes of course Sanji will get his parrallel gorosei fight as with Zero as always. Prepare for either of these:
1. Sanji unlocking AdCocking
2. Coc-less fighter defeating an ad-Coc user.

Have said this before.
- Sanji isn't Strong enough.
- if he fights one Gorosei will be heavily restricted by something so that Sanji can win.
- Team battle.

Why?
We know for sure Zoro vs Nasujuro is set in stones.
And all other gorosei would be relative in strength.
Let's look at zoro arsenal.
- CoC/CoA/CoO
- AdCoC / AdCoA / AdCoO(Soon)
- Firefox Style
- King of Hell

Sanji
- CoA / CoO (that too pathetically Weak)
- No advanced form
- Ifrit Jambe which is ridiculous weak

Now tell me how tf Sanji matches up with Zoro in anycase Scenario.

If you want him to fight a Gorosei , Give him Pica Pica no Mi. That's the best he got.
He can go to a point with his current arsenal which is YC2.
