Why do you think it will change ?

Which seated officer did Sanji beat in Dressrosa?
Which character apart from Luffy did Sanji beat in WCI?

It's just one of those things that people always assume to be true, there is evidence for it but there is a lot more evidence against it.

Given the high possibility that all Gorosei have ACoC I think Sanji will not be defeating one,

If problem is only CoC users can defeat them,
Sanji will get CoC. Simple

Sanji's theme is, getting abused and being made a hypetool by people on the level of his future opponents.

King clashed with him. He went on to fight Queen. etc


So since he's been hypetooled by Saturn and Ethan, he'll probably fight either Mars or the Worm.

Whereas Z/S and others characters will fight the underlings
OP isn't hard to understand you just have to look AT Wano
Zoro and Sanji fought BP commanders, Luffy the captain (who could solo his crew)
Kid and Law another Younko

At this point, I think we can reasonably assume that Mercury, Venus and Mars are Yonko level (and not BM lol); they are getting special hype.
If it's Mars (Mercury and Venus aren't for him), dude would need to be yonko level to defeat him. Others, I don't think so.

I think EoS Sanji would be around Kizaru level, so should be enough to defeat the other two once their regen is figured out.

For now they aren't Yonko level AsCoC doesn't mean you are Yonko level
They are like others factions a Boss and his underlings

Even if they were Younko level it will just mean Sanji would be Younko level too

Don't expect Oda to change his 25yrs formula AT the end of the story
