Yeah when she saw her dead mother she awakened her abilities and that’s when Vander Decken started stalking her (you know, a fucking 8 year old when he was 27 seriously what the actual fuck was Oda thinking)
She learned the truth cause her shark told her that Hody killed Otohime and she stayed quiet cause “Mother wouldn’t want me to hate the man who killed her.” As if hatred and wanting a murderer brought to justice is the same fucking thing.

Maybe WCI, even though it's Oda incapability to give proper ending to an arc but Sanji faced the brunt of it. That's where i think there's possibility of her switching on Sanji.

Now that Vander Decken was mentioned who stalked a 8yo Shirahoshi because he fell in love with her (high pedo levels), the things with S-Snake and now Bonney... seriously, wtf was Oda thinking about?
If that isn't the turning point, maybe it's the one in Onigashima when Sanji begged Robin to rescue him or the stuff with Bonney later on.
