Questions & Mysteries Who are the most broken/OP characters other than Sugar?

Baron Omatsuri is broken and OP to the point it took someone to help Luffy beat him

Bartholomeo Kuma beat all the Strawhats and they didn't get their revenge on him

Imagine characters with Octopus Devil fruit or Water Devil Fruit, how strong would they be?

Who else characters that I didn't mention that are broken? (No including Yonkos or Admirals cause we know they are powerful)

Forgot to add that Breed is OP af, and also Patrick Redfield and Byrnndi World

Caesars Logia fruit at someones hand with solid durability and/or Haki could be the biggest nightmare in OP world outside of Water DF, let alone obvious Yami Yami no Mi, Magnetism fruit, Light Fruit or Gravity Fruit if One Piece actually were following real life physics (obviously not the case).

Any character who Oda patently had to or will be nerfing into the ground could be considered OP

This includes Punk Hazard Law who had a tiny fraction of his hax going into Dressrosa

Characters like Enel, possibly Crocodile fit

Kuma with his Nikyu fruit combined with his speed feats which still appear impressive to this day, would have been nigh-unkillable had not Oda turned him into a zombie

Can't think of many others but some characters I could foresee Oda writing some nonsensical restrictions to are Fujitora who's ability seems pretty much unbeatable, Greenbull who's regen agains seems pretty unbearable even by haki users

Only if the enemy also doesn't have CoC or any other decent techniques to oneshot the sea fodders. Sea kings are basically giants equivalent. Tall, very much hype but in the end fodders and large punching bags.

Yeah true, unless Sea Kings get boosted somehow through her, otherwise she/Poseidon is just so much weaker than the other ancient weapons. Quantity rarely matters in One Piece if the individual strength difference is too big.

Caesar do not need haki at all, he could realistically knock out the whole groups at onigashima without even being on the island

Honestly the way One Piece's power system has been evolving it wouldn't even surprise me if people with Top Tier Haki could resist/neutralize Caesars DF effect because the Haki difference compared to him is just that big, but what you mentioned is obviously the plausible thing to happen.

She was scared to death from Caribou who tried to abduct her and Hody Jones tried to kill her, how strong she has gotten since then? cause tbh I haven't watched OP for a while.
