Any FS user can dodge those attacks giving they can see several several seconds before the attack even started

What people that talk about how FS allows you to see several seconds into the future don't realize is that you don't get the whole 3-5 seconds to respond to what you see in the future. Let's say, if you see you'll get shot in 5 seconds, and you react at the 3rd second, the opponent will still have a 2 second widow to respond to your counter and adjust their attack accordingly.
So despite seeing the future, you're forced to react to the situations while they're happening, not before they could happen. Basically, it's useless to try and dodge a bullet before it's even fired, you gotta dodge it while it's being fired or when it's already fired leaving your opponent almost no room to respond.
