The dude is dead! There's no way Orochi survives, if it was kanjuro drawing, Orochi would be turnt to ink.
If he used his powers, he would be back, BM or Kaido would sense him alive.

That was the real Orochi killed. There's no ink no df used there to say that Orochi survive or was fake.

Man I really think Luffy and Law are the new Roger and Oden.... while Zoro is Rayleigh (eye scar Vice Captain swordsman obviously). Kid is Shiki obviously.

Taking down Kaido has been Law's idea from the start. He trapped Kinemon/Momo on PH until Luffy came, and Beppo is a mink waiting for the "dawn". Yamato is such a red herring.

So 2 significant things.

- Mimiwarigumi leader and one other samurai look entirely unfazed by Orochis beheading. Either they know something or they are seriously just not scared. Even Fukurokuju was surprised.

- The person drawn in 982 definitely was not Izo. Izo's coat does not have the same pattern. Oda is well known for his detail, this is another person being hidden, im sure of it now
