Luffy stated that the guy is VERY strong. Koby said that kyros is strong. You use that notion to claim that because of his statement that koby at this point was as strong as KYROS. So I used an example of luffy going out of his way to state that the 8 legged octopus dude (whom luffy clashed with) is actually PRETTY strong. Which means by your logic this luffy would be in the same ball park as this Fishman? Correct.
