All main OP arc villains have gotten stronger after coming back. Smoker, Croc, Lucci. They'll just never be stronger than current Luffy. Don't let the forum's irrational hate for Luffy's opponents/anti-Zoro agenda cloud your expectations for Oda's repetitive predictable patterns.

I never said Katakuri would come back stronger then Luffy. And also the arc ended with them being on friendly-ish terms atleast respecting each other.

Karakuri has Big Moms genes so he has top tier potential and he has CoC and Awakening and Future sight.

Im just saying the base is here for him to become stronger.

And for akainu I'm expecting Awakening , logia awakening to make up for that.

Rayleigh got weaker because he was rusty and didnt do much but drinking alcohol and fucking women.

Garp was also semi retired.

Im not saying age doesnt play an important part but all of them had other reasons for their decline.

Aokiji is 50 something and you cant tell me hes declining.

A graded weapon is a weapon that’s particylarly well made but not as good as the others. Its based on real world sword rankings where there are 80 Graded swords in existence and 163 total of all grades.
