Both Zoro and Venus were definitely using ACoC here. Zoro isn't using KOH yet; the flames seem to be some kind of Kitetsu resonance. Maybe Venus will drop some sword lore.

Venus is one of the strongest Gorosei next to Warcury who had Luffy looking stumped. This should be a good matchup.

Forcing Venus to use ACoC on his blade that Bonney said you should never let him draw and still sending him flying is an excellent start.

Still I am actually thinking this was a clash between 2 very advcoa haki (cuz advcoa is also used for barriers and it look like there was somehow an explosion between the 2 while clashing)

This arc basically only gave one piece of useful information that the world is sinking.

Vegapunk turned out to be the most wasted character. Same is going to happen with pretty much all the characters(I mean there aren't any more anyway)

Well it is pretty important information for the world of One Piece themselves.
Maybe less so for us the readers, but it could be the beginning of some characters wondering if the WG is really all that good.

The best thing about the chapter is the crying and the attempts to make the swordsman look bad xD.

Zoro fans are having ANOTHER incredible week. Fans of the pedophile dog cry for another week.

Nika in her most powerful form after 10 months, is not able to harm the gorousei, is eaten by Peter and rescued (AGAIN) by the giants, is damaged when hitting Topman. Number4 loses against Saturn and is paralyzed for 5 months, and is defeated by Venus with a bite and falls to the ground almost breaking his neck xD.
Zoro has the most brutal clash to date on this island against a member of the gorousei.

Shanks one shotted a guy weaker than Zoro, while Roger clapped a way stronger than Zoro, that's the difference.

I didn't know someone weaker than zoro ends up fighting Yonko and hype by BM and Shanks as a threat/challenge

So how did Nusjuro see Zoro who was launched by Jimbei coming when he was busy attacking the Sunny while he couldnt see Sanji coming when he was attacking Bonney and the Giants?

Why does Zoro fans always love to downplay Zoro's opponents?
First King. You guys thought fighting Kaido in Rooftop or ZKK is better than 1vs1 King below Rooftop. Then King proved himself to be even more durable than Kaido.
Then Lucci. You guys thought fighting Lucci is waste of time, while actually without Zoro stopping him, Lucci would keep one shotting characters left and right like high tier Sentomaru and Stussy, while so called Top Tiers like Kizaru and Saturn never really one shotting anyone not even grandpa Vegapunk.
Then Shiryu. You guys thinking Shiryu is just another invisible gimmick, aside that he is trash. Below Aokiji. While soon you will learn Oda protects Blackbeard from Zoro, by putting Shiryu in middle of them.

We all know Mihawk is super strong, not surprising.
Supreme Janitor will be the biggest surprise of the entire manga as nobody saw small time impel down thug being stronger than Imu.

Wano Arc showed us that everyone can deflect a single attack from top tiers, especially unfocused; the very moment the top tier focuses on them, they become total fodder (perfect example: Kinemon vs Kaido, Raizo vs Kaido, Robin vs Big Mom)

Only characters of a certain level and above can actually ENGAGE top tiers, they maybe they lose, but they still engage them as peers before losing (perfect example: Yamato vs Kaido)

Sanji can do the first thing
