I thought winning it once unlocks it so i submitted it and it worked. Not sure if i was supposed to be able to use it though. As far as i understand it, each win unlocks one shot of IT? Maybe?

And Haki is separate.

RN is a close second.
Relo would be third.
Melkor I'm not sure on.

RA is unlikely based on play.
I don't think it's Crowned. People are uncertain whether it's histrionics but her position on Flower implies it isn't - she isn't the only one with a problem for Flower's past play. I think her annoyance comes from a townie place. I would have a hard time reconciling this as just theatrics.
