Her association with Nika is fine as well.

But problem is her df which allows her to tap into alternate reality and become Nika.


This is oda way of shoving Nika down our throat and it's more than what's necessary.


Repeating same thing again n again gets annoying so I am not surprised why some people think Bonney is bad character.

My main issue is her DF becomes too broken, she can pretty much become anything. And the fact that she's still a kid makes it even more broken imo, her imagination could be unlimited. Man if she becomes an essential combatant in the final war, Oda's gonna have to do a lot of heavy lifting to convince me that she belongs there idk. Best way to deal with this is get her out of the current conflict and put her into a successor role for now but I doubt that's what happens
