She could have been, and I like her, but Oda wasted her like he did to so many female characters. I haven't forgiven her treatment in PH.

It's not that the female characters of One Piece are bad, it's that they aren't written, used or treated as well they should be. They will never reach their potential and that's one of my biggest disappointements with this manga.
