So what events you guys anticipate will happen in between Post Egghead/Elbaf.

I don't even like Dressrosa, but the one highlight was Doffy/Law's flashback and the Doff family chemistry, even if some of them like Machvise were completely worthless and some devil fruits and character designs just felt like Baroque Works Electric Boogaloo.
Kaido didn't even get a proper flashback, just a few rushed panels while literally-who Oden practically got his own arc. The man was a marty stu through and through, from being the most special member on Roger's crew who got his dick sucked by everyone even Roger, and being the only male character who didn't skip both arm day and leg day.

If Akainu manage to become the villain in Elbaf, ngl, even tho I consider the giants boring... Elbaf might become my favorite Arc
And it makes sense, I don't see a giant ruler being the villain, it doesn't make sense why Shanks was on Elbaf and not care. So the villain on Elbaf should be someone invading.

It was unforgivable what Oda did to Kaido and his backstory man, I can knock up much better backstories in literal seconds with AI. Oda has no excuse. He seems to be really lazy with more brutish, masculine and serious characters I swear. Look at how much he offscreened and wasted for Zoro and Kidd too. It cant be coincidence at this point. Although Kizaru is a less serious character, him and Akainu are also getting a real short end of the stick, you could say Kuzan and maybe Garp too, Smoker, Drake etc too.
Whitebeard barely got a backstory too, it was enough to get a great insight into his character BUT I would have loved to see how he met and recruited Marco and why too, also his crew in general and to actually get to see more of Thatch somehow as we should have done by now, sigh.
I never expected Big Mom to get a well written and long flashback over Kaido given his repugnant treatment of her and female characters too. Oda hyped so much regarding Kaido since Thriller Bark like idk 16 years ago or however long its been at this point. There was so much set up with him and Moria too, well some of it "implied" too but still.
Fuck man, I'm still so angry about this. Kaido deserved a lot better.
We got nothing on the true name of Onigashima, nothing on Onis except Kaidos own words briefly, why the goverment were making those Numbers/ancient giant clones or w/e, nothing about Oars and Oars JR, the Onigashima skull and giant sword had no relevance and the list goes on immensely including that extremely cruel and trolling reveal of the original Wano being revealed at the end along with Pluton being there too and still no sign of what Pluton even LOOKS like, but Oda clearly gonna make us wait AGES with this Yamato cover story until she find and pilots it I guess. I suspect shes been the key to using/activating Pluton somehow for a while now too.
Oda tried so hard to really force us to try and love not even like Oden but aside from a few great moments and panels with him, I absolutely hate him and he did damage to Whitebeard's and Roger's crews and characters but at least Whitebeard's crew went to try to save Ace and the crew of Ace's own father didn't even bother to try either.

Shame that the crew didn't get the character development, exposition and interactions that would have made the crew more interesting, and how it was mistreated at Onigashima with the plot being so rigged against them and the BMP.

Also it just donned on me, why test out the Mother Flame on some shitty country like Lulusia over another rebellion (one of many at the time) that they could've dealt with easily with a buster call when Wano should be their main target since not only do they have Pluton, but the WG lost all control of it without Orochi. That and Wano is now the birthplace of the thing they despise most: the poneglyps.
Its not like Sabo revealing anything mattered since they cut off his transmission and he survived anyway to talk about Imu, with okamaland not even getting roasted for it.

Completely agree man. I think it was TAC who had their title as I will never forgive Oda or another user had it at least, Jackteo maybe or someone else? I swear it was a King fan at least? Anyway that is so much more relevant now, has aged so much better. OP has caused us such severe mental/emotional damage especially post Wano and even during Egghead too lmao, some "final saga" this is!
There was some really interesting potential with Black Maria and Sasaki for example too. King deserved a lot more too.
I really wanted to see Yamato vs Jack, the true child of Kaido vs the adopted son, one who hates his guts and failed to be what Kaido wanted and needed vs the other who is respected and cared for by Kaido but isnt his child and yet still tries his best and sacrifices himself for Kaido, without hestitation/question and thus is loyal and devoted to the end. Both the same age too.
What Oda did to the BM pirates with the whole waterfall BS was unforgivable. Also their mother is dead and we dont get a fucking reaction from them nor the Beast Pirates with Kaido being dead too. Assuming they actually are "dead" too ofc?
Just having Smoothie and co appear in a random panel much later after this, reacting to Vegapunks speech and not even being able to see where they are and nor any explanation for what happened to them.
A Yonko crew unable to get up a waterfall and enter Wano twice too. Smoothie could have probably done some hax with her DF on the waterfall to help them if she was smart enough/not a female character written by Oda or maybe Mont'Dor could have made flying books for them or done something to get them into Wano. Hell if they could sneak Brulee into Wano, they could have just had her teleport them all in with her mirror powers ofc.
Perospero could have made some kind of candy elevator for them, maybe another giant candy slug or something to lift them up or carry them up but nope lol. Maybe even a giant candy bird to fly them up.
The more I think about it, the more my head and my heart hurt.
How did the best crews get the worst treatment? It begs belief really.
