Yes that move was Haki Infused move. It is called flying slash which he uses as a long range move. But it is not Emission Haki imo.

Nope, Luffy has better haki control than Zoro, Luffy's has got Internal Destruction haki, 1 level higher than Zoro's haki. He also mixed his devil fruit with his armament creating Gear 4 rubberized haki. The Armament flame pattern Haki that only Big Mom and Katkauri have used before. Devil fruit fusion haki.

Then his Observation Haki control is also excpetional, He can sense emotions, see the future, sense presences, sense strength, and has the Voice of All things to Top it off.

His Conquerors Haki is the only haki that he has unlock its full abilities.
